Owner and sole practitioner, Fiaz Jaleel, MD, treats patients with a multitude of neuromusculoskeletal disorders secondary to accidental injuries due to motor vehicle accidents and other mishaps that may lead to mild, moderate, or severe discomfort.

Fiaz Jaleel, MD is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine, and completed Fellowship training in Integrative Medicine. Dr. Jaleel graduated from the University of the West Indies School of Medicine and then went on to do an internship in Internal Medicine in Chicago, and then completed his residency at Washington University/Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO in 2000. After practicing Medicine in several locations throughout the U.S., Dr. Jaleel settled down in Jacksonville, Florida, where he resides with his wife and two children.
